Five researchers of the Faculty of Science at An-Najah produced a research paper on “Evaluation of U238 and Th232 radionuclide activities in kidney gallstone belonging to cancer patient compared with normal one by ɣ-ray spectrometry and EDS”.
The research is considered the first of its kind on the local and regional levels. The work was evaluated by international specialists and is to be published in an international journal.
The researchers are Dr, Ghassan Saffarini, Dean of the Faculty of Science; Dr. Ismael Warrad; Dr. Shehdeh Jodeh; Mr. Matthew’ Mansour and Dr. Ashraf Sawfta.
